Newton Agency is proud to announce the signing of young swimming sensation Lara van Niekerk.

Lara is the African and South African record holder in the 50m Breaststroke, and was recently crowned 50m and 100m Breaststroke National Champion in times that rocketed her into the top 10 in the world rankings.

Lara is looking forward to the future, saying “This is such an exciting time in my career and I am looking forward to taking this next step in my journey. I really want to thank my family and coach Eugene de Ponte in helping me make the decision to turn professional, and I am excited to join the Newton Agency team who I know will help guide me through the ups and downs of top level swimming.”
